V.H.S. is bonded & insured and offers the most comprehensive service for all homeowners whose home is unoccupied for any given time. There are no contracts necessary for you to sign for our weekly & bi-weekly services. You may choose to use V.H.S. one time or for an extended period. Regardless, we will treat your home as our own as we take great pride in our service. We promise to deliver more than expected and our goal is to have an ongoing business relationship with our clients. Yes, referrals are greatly appreciated!
Vacant Home Services, LLC only uses vendors who are licensed & insured for those services that we do not perform ourselves. As you can see, we offer many extra services which can be reviewed on the Ala-Carte Page. For such services, you can be assured that we will oversee those services and insure they are completed properly. The weekly & bi-weekly services located on our home page are all conducted by a V.H.S. employee or myself and not an outside vendor or contract service.
